One of the most important aspects of living a healthy and prosperous life to understand the “risks”. By this I mean knowing how to understand and analyze situations in life that affect health. Being able to weigh carefully the benefits and risks when making decisions on health is very important! Too often decisions are based on incomplete or inaccurate, and is a serious mistake with significant consequences!
Failure to assess risk accurately, protect the people capturing all the unhealthy situations including poor diet and exercise (lifestyle), relationships and types of jobs.
