Popular images can make us all feel inferior and inadequate when it comes to access to the bed and make love. Men “should be” prisoners thrust outside for hours until their lover moaning heap exhaustion disappears after the course has had five mind-blowing orgasm in a row. Women “should” be moaning goddesses who come as their man thrusts deep into them while he holds them firmly and takes them to ecstasy. At least that’s what you get when you get your ideas of lovemaking from most romantic movies.
(If your ideas about sex from porn films, then you can get even more realistic view of sex. Men with nine inch erections just like a woman really is not normal.)
The truth, of course, like many of us suspect from my experience of sex is that most people came quite quickly and many do not know how to control their ejaculation – or who have long refused to try – and most of women never report a vaginal Any Time. It can be hard to believe, perhaps thinking that something is wrong with you if you are a man who can not make love for ages or you are a woman who can not come through intercourse, but research confirms these things are normal.
